- The Vodafone Institute Accelerator for Female Empowerment

Each year, the accelerator programme invited five later-stage start-ups from around the world to Berlin for seven weeks to strengthen their business, impact and financing models, expand their networks, and secure funding.
I took on the cohort and project management for Impact Hub Berlin in four of the five editions. This included communication within the partner consortium, scouting for start-ups, selecting the start-ups, designing the on-site programme, supporting the teams, and reflecting on the programme.
Virtual delegation trip for Indian women-led businesses

As part of the GIZ programme Her&Now, the one-month virtual delegation trip enabled ten Indian female entrepreneurs to prepare for market entry in Germany. I took on the project management, programme design, selection and commissioning of the expert speakers, the selection of the participating companies, the facilitation, and the cohort management in consultation with the project partner GIZ.

– Design Thinking-inspired hackathon for the Higher Education Forum on Digitalization

During a three-day hackathon, around 30 students from all over Germany addressed the question of how digitalisation is affecting university campuses, defined problems, and developed solutions. As project manager and expert in design thinking, I supported the invitation management, designed the workshop modules and facilitated and coached during the event.
Social Economy Berlin (SEB)

Social Economy Berlin is a project of the Social Entrepreneurship Network Germany e.V. and the Technology Network Berlin e.V. and is supported by the Berlin Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises. It serves to build a common ecosystem for social entrepreneurship and social solidarity economy in Berlin. In addition to events and networking opportunities, participants benefit from consulting services. I acted as a coach on behalf of Impact Hub Berlin on various topics such as idea development, professional networking, refining business models, pricing, and impact measurement.
Social Impact Award Germany

The Social Impact Award is a programme designed to open the doors to the world of social entrepreneurship for young people and support them in taking their first steps towards setting up a social enterprise. Young people are first motivated through events and workshops, selected ideas are developed in an incubation phase after a submission phase, and the most impactful projects are honoured with the award. I have been part of the jury for the initial selection since 2022 and accompany a team in the incubation phase as a mentor. In this role, I address the team's individual questions, which often revolve around the business model, the go-to-market strategy, and further team composition.

doQument – an AI-based software product by Dornier Group

The Dornier Group encourages its employees to submit ideas for the further development of the company portfolio, and an intrapreneurship project supports innovators in product development. As Innovation Manager, I led the Innovators Hub and supported the development of several new products, including doQument, from ideation and validation with potential customers through a prototype and pilot phase to market launch. doQument is an AI-based software that supports documentation verification in power generation plants. Together with the idea originators, we conducted customer validation workshops with power plants, developed a financial plan and the pricing, consulted with management, created marketing materials and a website, and launched the product with a presentation at a conference.
